Currently, I am leading Snatch, where our mission is to create the next-generation live shopping marketplace app catering to the Gen Z audience in Switzerland. Our aim is to revolutionize the way people shop and interact with products, leveraging innovative technology and consumer engagement strategies.
I initially supported startups in Zurich for a year before relocating to Berlin to gain international business experience. In Berlin, I rapidly developed a successful retail concept in a prime shopping district, achieving an exit within one year. Simultaneously, I spearheaded the creation of REPFLIX and a COVID Test Center in Switzerland. Berlin was my primary base during this time, enabling me to engage in diverse entrepreneurial ventures.
In 2015, I embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey by founding my own company, Andline. To fuel its growth, I secured a CHF 500,000 funding round, laying the foundation for an eCommerce-based Telco distribution enterprise. The success of Andline was evident, as by the end of 2017, we achieved a partial exit, marking a significant milestone in the company's journey.
In 2014, I assumed the role of CEO at Inocit GmbH, the parent company of CITYPHONE, overseeing a team of 40 employees. My strategic focus on eCommerce and rebranding initiatives led to remarkable results, as I successfully elevated sales across all channels to a remarkable CHF 2 million within just one year.
During my studies, I managed a store for lifestyle products, a CITYPHONE store, overseeing a team of seven. I handled order management, digital marketing, and website maintenance. As a Project Lead, I expanded the brand by opening three new stores in West Switzerland, resulting in a substantial sales increase to CHF 350,000 per year per store.
In 2009, my journey began with a year of law studies, which soon made me realize my true passion lay in the world of business. In pursuit of this passion, I commenced my Bachelor's degree in Business Economics at the University of Bern in 2010. During this period, I also actively engaged in various job roles to sustain my living expenses.
